In summary, they need to ink 40M sales in the next 12 mos.  Otherwise the word 'compelling' needs to be redefined or they need to find someone who can.

If it was compelling at 20 cents, then the definitoon at 11 cents is not that important since the implication is that the 11 cent stock is half of its fair value. 20 cents does not warrant the wait in more than a decade that many of us endured, but it surely beats 11 for a start.  So, the logic says that they don't yet need to redefine the term but need to find someone that can bring us

They need to get this to the next level, with existing personnel, which is 35-40M yearly sales. Critical mass.
