I continued to sow grass seed thickly on my lawn. Bag upon bag of seed. Nothing... I began to lose hope. Now the grass is growing like crazy.

Agree. Get some senior experienced sales and general corporate leadership folk, release if not working after reasonable time, and repeat, until we start getting the results that should be had commensurate with best, unprecedented market conditions for our products. I know, breaking up little clubs of friendlies standing behind each other regardless of results is hard. But, there is nothing
