From planet Microcap

Commenting on the Company's post-pandemic return to profitability in fiscal 2023, William Crossland said: "We returned to profitability in the third quarter last year and then we've been profitable ever since. That was the turning point. But we saw the business coming back ahead of time with the signing of project development agreements being at an all-time high

I thought Bill was very conservative in this presentation, I believe much much more on the go than he percieves....ie: Gem facility expansion, large number of PDA's with greater values (and is there now more than 27 in the pipeline ? ) BEI expansion last year, Sofame product's starting to take off again....so much positive things happening, IMHO the next while is going to be so much fun... ...more

I hope so.  He talks about the 30% pre pandemic revenue growth.  I know the revenue base is higher now, but I am under the impression that the organization is so much stronger now and more importantly that the demand much stronger as clients sound like for a change they are calling TEI as opposed to the other way around. in any case, my thinking is that any growth from last year ...more

Most recent projects, the payback period are about 2 to 2.5 years. This is no brainer for the customer. After that the maintenance cost is 1% of the project if I hear it right. This is good money but quite low. I would prefer 2-5%. However, we have to understand that there are many competitors out there which have very deep pocket, for example Johnson and Johnson. Bill has to be conservative.

As Bill indicates in many presentations, there no know companies to offer the complete solution as TMG offers...IMO this is a huge competetive advantage, this may change as the competiton heats up, but TMG is well in the drivers seat at the moment, as as Bill desribes in previous presentations, TMG may become a take over target by a large corporation in a couple years (or whenever)  of it' ...more

You start well but at the end you're really off the rails because there is no way JNJ is a competitor ; JNJ is a potential customer .

I think still TMG has the complete solution, from end to end....what happends from here who knows.....

Correct ! If I were a gambler . With the blitze in the media by Bill and the major volume and huge board lots being taken . I'd say a major sales contract is going to be announced (soon) . Why? Without an audience, there just ain't no show .

Somehow I have an impression that the likes of J&J were after bigger projects.  But these days we are landing $2+ million contracts and not half a mill to a mill like in the old days. Sounds like TEI is established with its key corporate accounts so J&J is not a factor.  But elsewhere....and as a potential acquirer of TEI.....who knows.  I would certainly welcome some ...more
