Very clever . My point maybe lost for ever . It is valid . Our executive does new hires . To replace execs that quit , die or retire. We've had many . My wish was that the inevitable replacement would embrace AI/AGI and first Princple Thinking . This is very important .

Over the last decade and a half there have not been many changes in the executive ranks.  One CFO left and last year they hired a VP of sales and marketing for North America. As to the "must have's", you can easily add a few more generic ones without which your two won't work.
