Probably an insider. They're the ones who usually drop big market sell order bombs like this.

Like every bozo in this boat , you are just guessing . The tape says the very large board lots are being gobbled up as fast as they appear.

Or you could go to TSX , search tmg , click on overview , click on trade history . You there can see whom is the seller and buyer and the time stamp . Happy ground hog day also known as the middle of winter .

At the risk of asking you to spoon feed everyone here you call a bozo, who sold 11,000 shares at 13:06 through Anonymous?

I include my self as well as All the others in this trading group in this boat . The only ones that Know what's going on are on the executive board . Any who thinks otherwise is delusional.

I bet there will be a news release after today's market close or before the market open on next Monday.

No way. He can't buy just before positive news. But it is very bullish to see him having so many shares and buying quite a bit at these levels when last ones where under a nickel. Very bullish! Maybe we will see a buck sooner than later! lol!

If he can buy before earnings release . He can buy before good news .

There are some regulatory guidelines and then companies (those with stronger governance) develop their own policies. Please give an example of buying before an earnings release. Theoretically every purchase is before some earnings release but if you are suggesting he bought days or a couple of weeks before an earnings release, I am calling BS.

Martha Stewart thought buying and selling 'whenever she wanted' was fine too.

And M. Stewart was not running the company whose shares she sold. Her friend ran it.

Martha was not convicted for insider trading . She was convicted for lying to the court about it . Big difference.

But you are still planning to make the "train", leave the station aren't you? Maybe a little more patience is in order. Don't lead with fear.
