Sales pitch required for new investors

Current investors will know this is a strong Q with a huge investment in the company going forward ,while increasing behind pipe contracts, and maintaining great margins. ----That being said , I would not be surprised to see a pull back, and some significant selling .---Is there enough on the surface here  to attract ''new'' investors ??? --  It will require a detailed sales pitch to get new investors up to speed and  into the story .  IMO

I would not be surprised if none of the larger investors are not impressed with these results,  although short term speculators may soon lose/give up their shares.

Agree 100% and I think we are seeing that.  People have not done their homework.  There is no surprise in these numbers and the activity during the quarter is promising for the future.  Investment in growth, PDA's increased by 5 according to my recollection of the last time we saw the numbers.

Opportunity for those that were kind of sitting on the fence and seeing the price move up over the last week.  Everyone needs to wrap their heads around what the past results say and what is the forward looking picture.  These numbers are in line with the analyst coverage, and if next year's numbers are in line as well, things will be very good for us. And, throw in some additional ...more

Trouble is ::  These significant investments that  the company has done to  go forward, meen absolutely ''nothing '',right now. --So  you hire more staff, double the size of a manufacturing facility, sign more behind pipe contracts:,,  when does all this activity''bear fruit'', 2-3-5  years from now ????.  No indication we will even ...more

Those are the investment questions indeed: when and how much?  We had many dry spells in the past and then you get a three-month window or so with a dozen contract announcements and some of them $2 million+.  During the historical dry spells we certainly did not have 30 PDAs in play, rather closer to half a dozen. Now you get a tweet from a customer like Danone expressing satisfaction ...more

I think we are in the very nice formation of the handle on this cup today.  The next 6 months should be interesing here.  Good luck to those bailing out impulsively.

I believe that the chart formation to which you are referring is more commonly called "morning after Malt Liquor and Taco Bell".

i think Bill did not handle the call well. The following are my comments. I believe Dan MacDonald raised the hand to ask question but he was not allowed to ask. This is really bad publicity although Bill said question would be answered from qualified analyst. I raised question in may big corp conference calls and never screened out. The absence of the analyst also provided bad impression. The ...more

I imagine the call will be posted somewhere and I think usually the Q and A is not. The warning about Q and A has been issued in the press release. If you are not an analyst, you will not be allowed to ask a question.  Whether we like it or not, that is not a surprise.  The only thing about that is that if you are going to limit questions to qualified analysts, you better make sure that ...more

And to perhaps add another detail, I was told that the hires consisted of 6 sales and marketing like I posted, 2 in engineerign and 1 in finance.  Someone chime in if this is not correct.

I think you are quite wrong about the net income.  I didn't listen to the call but the PR explains the drop quite thoroughly.  Griping about not being able to ask questions is rather pointless when the setup of the conference precluded that. It's a disappointing hurry up and wait scenario but a 20+% drop in SP is absurd but that is the market these days.  You have to wonder ...more
