Wrong..... An inside cannot sell before a known downturn.... Or buy before a known upturn .... Generally, An insider is not supposed to benefit nor cause an impact... So Bill is careful after a former CEO was accused of insder trading ....

Yes, in theory.  In practice so many things  can happen. Bill could buy shares tomorrow thinking nothing is imminently around the corner and then tomorrow a client that has been sitting on a PDA result for months decides to proceed. Unless they indicated to the sales rep that they were going to make a decision within a certain time frame, may have completely caught them off guard

I agree. But Bill could ask for a minor revision which adds some sime.... My Point being is that we are not in control of when. I am hioping a series of NRs as being held up due to funding.? Carbon tax is realtime so the traps and custom jobs have to be flying out the door.! The impression I get is that TEI is well oiled and rolling like never before = momentum in the market is driving the

Given the PDA's and historical success rate, there is a series of NRs waiting for something. For that particular bundle, before new proposals being put out, the question is when is that series going to start and over what period.

Nuclear equipment would be similar to Aerospace and Military, I would be amazed if there was no certification process and I would also guess that this process should be near completed, if not already completed.......curious to see if they answer your question.

Simple question with no competitive implications given that C-W issued a press release.  Hopefully you get an answer shortly otherwise someone may have to look for a Publicly Listed Company CEO 101 course after a decade and a half of being one.  Growing the share price is the only objective, all the other stuff is means to that end. It only happens by getting investors interested.
