Isn't September and October the busier period?

Isn't September and October the busier period? Historically they seem to announce more orders this time of year leading up to their AGM. Let's hope that's the case this year too. To me it sounds like things are mostly going well and unfortunately their fourth quarter was down compared to a record fourth quarter the year before.
