Yes, I admit that I don't particularly spend a lot of time doing DD on my investments to understand how the products they sell work.  I try to assess whether there is a demand for them and how much they can sell.  Granted, a lot of this is based on certain faith in management assessment and communications to the public. Pictures are associated with the past – the pictures of installations in progress and steam traps waiting to be shipped help describe sales that are already built in. They are in the current backlog. Those are the facts and I agree that there is a need for honest disclosure including corrective action.  I agree that the wait for years out to see the growth one would have expected by now is getting old. The way things look is that there was a pandemic slowdown which had been made up and now the back to normal is a very slow take up by majority of the existing clients.  Focusing on
