Obviously it was a buying opportunity.! TEI is growing in every way except in monster contracts which maybe risky considering world affairs. Still TEI remains a stable company in a growing market for energy efficiency.!

There would be zero risk with Thermal's monster contracts.  A monster contract for Thermal would be an ant for their monster-sized clients.
