Crossland buying...

... cheap shares is a cheap way to keep his useless ol' rear-end in power and overpaid 'till his retirement. How much of his bloated salary did he spend to keep his bloated salary? Him and his whole useless team must go!

I don't think that with the current Board he needs to do any buying of stock on the open market to remain a CEO.  And this holds true for any microcap. i am not going to take any time right now to take a look at what options he is holding, but I bet he has some that are well in the money so he could have exercised those.  Why he chose to buy on the open market at current market ...more

Looked up the options in the proxy circular.  He has options between 9 and 20 cents.  The recent buys are nothing but bullish IMO, although they signal no known big events happening in the immediate term.

hard to predict.  someone needs to get this moving anyway to avoid having them get more cheap  options at the end of the month instead of paying us a penny per share...

I think the reason regarding not exercising the option could be tax. When you exercise the option, yes it will be cheaper, but you also pay tax the capital gain between the option price and the market fair price.

Agree.  Tax is always a calculation.  The point is he laid down some coin for these market purchases. And to Prone's point, averaging "down" by a CEO is not the kind of thing that you want to congratulate.
