Any comment on PFS =?

While essential to TML, the PFS released Wednesday did not elicit any comment on the forums. While compared to last year's PEA, the NPV may seem a little disappointing, it nevertheless shows higher production and an increase in plant capacity, which compensates for the inevitable increase in costs. TML is currently capitalized at 10% of the NPV of gold prices for the past few weeks (+-$1850) and at US$14 per ounce in measured and indicated resources. This seems to me to reflect a clear undervaluation since we often consider very conservative at the PFS stage a % of 55 to 60% of NPV and $50 to $60 per ounce. What do you think ?
