Very difficult financing ?!

It is doubtful whether it is possible for TML to finance its project. Indeed, the initial Capex of 335M currently represents more than 16 times the current capitalization. If the financing were to be done exclusively by issuing shares, at the current price it would be necessary to create 2392M shares for 148.6M shares currently. Therefore, unless there is a huge improvement, is the sale of the project not inevitable?

Capex of $335 million? WHAT??? I think I posted here a few months ago a very damning article that appeared in the Washington Post or somesuch paper-of-record. The article talked of the controversy surrounding the road to Ambler with its many river crossings and some crazy estimate of what it would cost. Something like $5 Billion. Do yourself a favour.
