Undervaluation

TML's current capitalization represents US$4.99 per eq.ounce of gold (2.964M) and 5.97% of NPV for gold at 1750. If we deduct the 8M cash, we get $3.00 per ounce and 3.59% of NPV. Isn't the undervaluation obvious?
