TNG move is NOT a pump and dump

A pump and dump scheme is where unscrupulous individuals are able to move the stock price by creating and disseminating unsubstantiated rumors about a company's future prospects. However, the move in TNG's stock over the last few days is based on a change in the facts. Signing deals with Samsung and Toshiba allows GameTree to be bundled with millions of additional smart TVs and significantly improves GameTree's chances of increasing number of users, advertising revenues and profits.
