There's a reason why it's sitting at this level.

If you look at it from that angle - if the financier was getting stock and options for his financing wouldn't it be in his best interest to get as many shares / options as he can for his money? Ergo, the lower the share price at the time of financing - the more stocks and options in his pockets and the hell with the small-time investors, because it's a big boy's game. Lets just hope revenues are starting to ramp up enough that they don't need financing. As many have already said the short term trading doesn't matter. However, I do believe the SP will start to run soon and when it does it could run hard. The potential here is unbelieveable. I can't even imagine where the SP will be in a couple years let alone 4 or 5 years. I'm looking to ...more

I wouldn't swear on a stack of bibles, but maybe Global's dropped their support in hopes of getting TNG to re-price the financing - since the share price is now lower than their agreed-upon deal.  There's a reason why all the negative nellies have been posting day in and day out to try and discredit the company, its products and its officers since before this deal was ...more
