TransGaming will ultimately become a take over candidate it's only a matter of time. As it stand's any take over would need share holder approval, I've been involved with companies who become take over targets, the whole deal can take several months and the final news to be released to the investors. My feeling is there is a deal in the making and that news will be released sometime in 2014. Buy Out Target Price $1.00 per shr Wyser Inc Canada

WYSER,  YES the buyout will come as VG stated,    BUT no way its at $1 per share,  this is a whale and I bet closer to $5 and in 2-3 years.   By then the footprint and income should be massive compared to this year and the Co worth a BILLION Market cap and trading on the Nasdaq or TSX or...... I am pretty excited about the buyout,  but down the road!  These guys
