Has Jacob's issued a research report?

As a co-lead on the equity issue they normally would have analyst coverage on the company. Also, has Global Maxfin and Jacob been selling TNG shares short because they will receive shares from the equity issue to cover the short?

If you recall my post from last week - it happens all the time on the Venture too! I've personally witnessed it on at least three stocks over the years. The only thing about this news, is it has given the resident bashers something to fluff their feathers about and pretend they knew all along what they were talking about.

BJH agreed...but the clowns in circus suits here from a critics point of view...aren't very good so it gives them at best 3days worth of material...they cannot even discern when to use a DCF model and where and when the black schole model the preferred methodoly to apply metrix to an emerging stock story application. Worked for the treasury department of a large utility that did over $2 billion in financings over 12 years. Many of our deals were bought deals and the underwriters covered their asses from the risk by shorting the utilities shares.

You could sense it. Pricing would be set after hours. Next morning the utilities shares would be down when the market was up. Hell why wouldn't you do it? These were $40 mil, $100 million deals. No underwriter wants to commit to buy $100 mil of stock and be at risk that market conditions change and the stock price declines while they are trying to resell the shares over the 2 or 3 weeks until ...more

lscfa...if I could sell my 50,000 shares for a set price or swap them for a position in the PP have no problem subjecting to a 4mth lockup to gain the freebie warrants...I doubt however if the retail investor even if qualified can participate as many longs on this thread would also consider selling their commons to take part in the PP being offered. Yzzz-TNG had a meeting with that many said funds prior to the PP being announced-probably in the week prior...how many of them actually participated is immaterial-but there was a command performance akin to Carnegie Hall request from TNG-if 4 of them participated or 8 out of the 20 or so in attendance-its professional money and will be in strong hands. I am tiring of this online dribble-I suggest ...more
