What is your problem? I posted some FACTS about TransGaming's loss of human capital and asked a genuine question about the relevance of that. My first post lacked the question explicity and got no responses so I reposted it, my bad. If you don't think human capital is relevant to this company's future, you could have responded with a simple "no". That said, I'm curious

Thanks for your honest response. I agree TransGaming had to downsize and refocus. However they seem to have downsized in all departments so it's hard to tell what their focus is. Companies that eventually grow again usually undergo a metamorphosis where unsuccessful products get killed off and most effort goes into the one that has the brightest future. Netflix for instance made a perfect
