No where did I see it ever disclosed that the JV/Deal with Samsung and Toshiba would not generate revenues till as you put it "end of 2014"....I will suggest Dominic you have already sold a large portion of whatever position you had-once you were in receipt of this information/dialogue which GUPTA himself never gave public disclosure to this effect nor is it contained in any SEDAR filings at presnt...nor did Transgaming the company itself make it public knowledge or give guidance OR was it ever disclosed in any of the two boutique firms covering TNG from an analyst perspective and putting 12mth .60 share price targets on TNG.

Which would explain why you felt you could post negatively about the company and offer up on the boards this information about no revenues coming onstream till late 2014...you were even so brazen and irresponsbile to post that Global/Ir communicated this to you...where nowhere is/was or does this information remain publicly available and accessible...and I will suggest that you acted on this information BEFORE disclosing it on this thread for forum consumption and why you have freely and liberally thrown this out numerous times over since being in recepit of information on a individual private basis...you sir have been the recipient and in the role of tipee and then acted as a tipster is what I am coming away from and your trading records...you have even left a paper trail with your trading house for subpoena DD purposes Dominic...if someone with more time on their hands...like say Mr Picazzo...and with contacts like say...a Mr Picazzo-to take you to task on this matter...and to distribute it then on to others in private emails...?

And now for you to post on this thread tonite that Toshiba announed in Jan 2014 along with Samsung IS GENERATING REVENUES NOW FOR TRANSGAMING WHEN THIS IS MATERIAL and no guidance...public guidance on this has been disclosed puts you back into the tipee role again-only this time your waxing eloquentn about Bristol and distancing yourself from Global.

And I will bet your trading records would co-respond with phone records that would show contact over telco lines with Bristol followed by purchase orders of TNG stock.

That is to say if your not just full of sh it 100% of the day vs 90% of the time...and are engaging in a disinformation campaign on private email to unsuspecting investors.

I have made a personal note and opened a file for those times you have announced publicly something on this thread that was material to the company and possibly not announced and made public because Non Disclosure between TNG and its partner was in play related to TNG"s operations and more significanlty to its cash flow from revenue generation for nothing is more material than that...and on those times you have made statements on this thread about something material that you and only you know and than a solicitation for sharing of information by a poster or other posters on TNG occurs on this thread and you offer to freely to send it whatever information you feel your in a priviledged/advance of other retail shareholders in receipt thereof...going to distribute to them thru the stockhouse or ISP email format.

Afterall no one else knew there were 20funds being dog and pony'd after the Samsung and Toshiba news was made public-but you did?

Are you following me on any of this Dominic? its what I been trying to suggest to you last nite in a couple of posts telling you to start to exercise more caution.

I know you love the attention...even the attention negative commentary brings but your putting a big read-bullseye on your back unwittingly...or maybe wittingly and you like that type of attention to.

I hope not-cuz I know your below the water mark on this thing-taking on water with each .05 downtick-and have some big things coming up and TNG has not materialized in the timeline expectations regarding to Toshiba and Samsung revenue generations that you had been communicated in dialogue with Global which admitted freely on this thread to being in receipt of ( no wonder they won't respond to you anymore after seeing you put that communication up with them and associating their name with the dialogue with you and its content-did you think by outting them on this thread they would open up afterwards?) and now are telling us freely from another source and one can quickly draw the line to the "very professional" as you called them...Bristol organization....that Toshiba is drawing down revenues for TNG right now.....for if you did not have this information in advance of others you would not have the premature expectations for revenue generation that you had AND it makes such logical and common sense that you posted that the revenue generation would not come onstream till this fall right after you sold some or all of your position on finding out revenues would be onstream late in 2014...for if you only had the same information as any and all other retail investors instead of being in a private information party....you would and could NEVER have developed the expectations for revenues coming onstream right away from the TNG Toshiba and Samsung deals announed in early Jan 2014...NOR would you have been able to have gone off the deep end with your posting and outlook on TNG after being informed revenues would not come onstream till late in the year 2014 as you yourself put up coming from Global...NOR able to now sound so re-assured all of a sudden based on your communications of the past 24hrs that Toshiba is generating TNG revenues now as in RIGHT NOW...and you just would have been even keel all the way thru...and this is what happens when people overweight...they overweight 9times out of 10 because they feel they are special...were/are or remain in constant contact with the IR firm vs ever taking to the CEO himself-and feel they were getting fed priviledged information and bet the farm according to what they felt they knew and had access to ...that other investors did not.


Picazzo was right...it is a very slippery slope-one which most when they fall on it...unlike the commericals for the electronic activation devices for seniors?..often just don't get backup.


I hope you change your posting protocols on this thing inparticular or just take a long overdue
posting hiatus on TNG inparticular...and I say this without malice intended and all reasonable and relative candor I can muster.

Well Mr P...if he (Dominic Domdesim) was full of sheet and not in reciept of quantifiable and qualifiable information from the two companys authorized  to talk about TNG by TNG namely Briston and Global? and he actually made this stuff up-the entirety of the past 6mths of posting to having priviledge information and he made it all up... and been communicationg willingingly in a disinformation

Very well spoke from the LAW!~   HE is all over the map and stinks to high heaven,  I once thought he was a constructive source of info but has turned into a huge joke ,  the board has gone to junk over a flip floppin "investor"   I love TNG and the news will come to drive this up n down until we have consistent upward  revenue and profit and tangible results
