Q4 earnings
on the last conf call one of the analysts asked Gupta if he expected a big q4; last year was above $4 million. He sort of hemmed and hawed a bit and said something about things getting better later this year. The good results are always around the corner, just out of reach. As a side note it takes tng 3 mos to report q4 results. A normal company takes one month. Just another example of how they struggle with simple tasks.

Playing with numbers gets harder the more you play.

It's very likely Gupta's Last Stand, and we know what happened to General Custer! Bring on the Swede!

Q4 is year-end. The regulatory requirements on most exchanges is 90 days. I've yet to see a company report under the 90 days. This is standard procedure. And it is definitely not simple with external auditors.
