I don't see why this is so shocking and reprehensible to say. Part of being a successful investor is having the knack to dodge bullets. This is the logical result of poor execution, fallout from the Gupta era. Do these tools send threats to the weatherman when he calls for rain?

I do not rule out a rollback...infact think by end of year 2015 its a fait de compli. I also don't necessarily view it as a negative simply the cost of doing business. SS
