How is it good for transgaming that they sold there technology to Nvidia?

1. They were paid almost $4 Million for it. 2. Selling Cider allows TNG to more sharply focus on their core business, GameTree TV, their Smart TV initiative and other opportunities in the Digital Media Group division of the company. 3.
