Some people are definitely using this sudden rise to get out of their TNG position.  

Seems like a foolish move to me, I would wait until the REAL news shows up and this thing sky rockets to sell (if you want to sell).

The only thing of concern in last quarter's results was their cash position (0.4M) but after the deal they will have what 3-4 cents in CASH per share and people are selling at 7.5 cents per share?  Are people nuts?  Look at the 1 year chart...we will be back to 52 week highs very soon IMO.

I see this as a buying opportunity and not a selling one personally.

I agree. This is just the beginning. The 'real' TNG story has yet to unfold!! The 'buy out' potential will ALWAYS be there NOW by their partner, going forward. That's exactly why TNG has become a long term hold, even more so now. Who in their right mind would want to miss the boat, while flipping the stock for a penny or two?! Penny stocks R very difficult to time on a
