If they can get 1 out of every 1000 smart tv owners that will have the subscription service available then that would give them 100,000 subscribers. That should provide $300k to $500k per month in revenues plus whatever revenues they get from ad supported games and apps. You'll have to check my math on this but if it's correct I would think it would be very possible to accomplish. I would consider that a baseline and I would hope their service would be more popular than that.

wrong!!!!! They don't have to because they are likely accessible from one device to the other. You are most likely able to access your portable device from your smart t.v. with your cable provider and vice versa. You are not competing with the various platforms but rather with how you structure your subscription and whether you are going to be successful with it. I don't see anything wrong ...more

yeah, you're right, I'm wrong in how I put it--thanks for that. Let's try it this way--you can access material from your portable devices as you can from your smart t.v.--so if you are concerned about mobile devices you don't need to be because if you have content stored on the t.v. you can simply use whatever tech (cell, tablet, laptop etc) to access its library.
