07:21 AM EDT, 03/20/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Topicus.com Inc. (TOI.V) over the weekend said that its subsidiary Topicus.com BV has agreed to buy Five Degrees Holding B.V., a digital banking technology provider in Western Europe, the US, and Canada.

The company's shares rose 1.6% in Canada on Friday.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Topicus.com is a pan-European provider of vertical market software and vertical market platforms to clients in public and private sector markets.
