Based on metrics Rock energy sold for Toro based on current production and debt is worth .50 cents per share. If they can start drilling again and much higher prices I can only dream how much this could move over next several years.

I hope you are right. I think you are. Just after I bought 11,500 someone else from TD jumped in and cleaned it up to .28. I would love to have the guts to take those at .28 but I have my fair share.

Decent people here. Wait for the financing before you buy more.I am,anyway. I'm guessing .25-.30 pp,maybe higher for flow thru depending on nature of offer.probably a short position for a month to go with it. The royalty might have been a good idea at the time but it hurts in this market so no more of that,please. Toro has been creative in the past-maybe they go with an enhanced rights

Trading is a little wonky but regardless,too needs capital and in their last release they stated that they were looking at " a change to the capital structure". Plain enough for me. No biggie-flow thru makes the most sense and least dilution when one takes into account the monetization of the tax credit.does no good sitting on too's books.
