dilution at .23

so how do you guys feel about the dilution of 49m shares at .23 to get a little over 11m cash? .40 warrants in 3 years.

I think it's short term negative for the sp but long term will see the benefits. I'm hoping they update on what their gonna be doing with the extra cash after paying down debt. Will they buy more land or will they start to ramp up production. We have been stuck in the 20-30 range due to company not producing much in this environmrnt which is a positive in my eyes

Is management responsible for oil prices tanking to a low of $26 in february  from an average 2 year price ...more

hey Hawk i dont argue any of your points and glad you brought all of it back up, sometimes its easy to forget the potential. there is a reason that this and penn west are 2 of my larger energy holdings currently. accumulating at this sp is a gift.
