Don't panic.going to be a month or more for things to settle out. Imo,market sentiment here will be defined by the warrant trading and who is keeping/buying/selling. Drill bit turning this summer.......... Keep  the faith

I don't follow u on the warrant trading issue this stock has to double for the .40 cent warrants to be in the money to trade maybe explain what you are taliking about. Thx. The way this stock is trading I don't see a double anytime soon

I have a day job  so short and sweet.. 2 cent premium on a 40 cent warrant means someone betting on at least .42 Too is good but bad as well.I would have financed differently but the warrant means no need to go to the bank or the broker for the inevitable cash that will be needed this fall,if valuation justifies the dilution. i doubt this makes it to 40 for any of the warrants to get excercised. not sure about the NPV with the royalty financing and the G&A is way too high for the production level..

they basically sold half the company at 21 cents ( pretty much at the all time low).. shareholders are not making money here. maybe with the financing they can scale a bit better.  they added 312 barrels of production and debt went to 7 million from 4 million cash.  so 36k per flowing

the financing leaves them debt free and cash in the bank I think about 5 million. Good to see the insiders took a chunk of the financing not a lot but better than none at all.
