Who is Michael Kosowan???

I had some time to do more digging into TORQ this morning and I stumbled on potentially the weirdest thing, an MIA President and CEO???

I went back and searched and I don't see him in any TORQ videos and his name isn't on the Press Releases??? And yet he is listed on the website as "President and CEO"... Sincerely, who is this guy? What does he do? This is very strange and I don't know what to make of it? Is there a rift here? How many shares does he own? Is Shawn Wallace about to force him out?

I bought an initial position based on this being an 'Ivan/ Shawn Wallace/ Michael Henrichsen company'. Any color would be greatly appreciated. GLTA

Michael Kosowan is another great personality in this dream team. He is a close associate of Ivan and Shawn. He used to work with Rick Rule. And now he works with Ivan and Shawn. Nothing to worry here!!

Thank you for the reply. Ummmm, ok but you didn't exactly answer the question though (sorry). It sounds like you know him - what is it that he actually does? Not sure I've ever come across a company where the President doesn't sign the Press Releases and/ or present the story? GLTA

Thanks Monty! Wow, very good video - I missed it somehow? He is well spoken and is a 'money guy' obviously. Still strange to me he doesn't present the acquisition or at upcoming Conferences nor write/ sign off on the Press Releases. It's all ridiculously good!!!   Probably the largest shareholder. Works very close to Ivan and Shawn. Ex-Sprott left years ago to join forces with Shawn and Ivan. Nothing to be concerned about...as a matter of fact, the mystery is great. As you can see from the interview he is well-spoken and a very bright individual. If you knew the entire story you would want an MK in all of your deals.
