At the end of 1q20, TORR had 1.3m shares of SONA at a value of a bit more that $1/share (when TORR traded at 49 cents.  Today SONA closed at almost $7.  What's amazing is that TORR's share price hardly moved today. even after people pointing out on the SONA board that the share price should kick up substantially.  I'm not complaining as I picked up 20k shares at 60 cents

Just posted on other SOnA  board all the connections to 4 companies. One of the gold company connections is Antler ANTL that is up over 400% YTD and had a smoking Q2 share price performance. Announced an equity raise last evening after the bell and was up 8% today. I hope TOrR hold some ANTL as well and it gets broken out in Q2 report as its own. Let me know your thoughts!

igold8:  Besides ANTL, can you provide the names of their other mining investments.  If like, ANTL, the mining portfolio is 3x from the end of March, making TORR worth over $1, if jros's numbers are correct.

They aren’t broken out and ANTL is also not listed I’m simply making a dot connection between the 4 companies i mentioned on the sona board so can’t say for certain either way. Should be exciting with gold breaking out and stocks on fire. Never been more excited for a Monday open!

ANTL is lilsted on Vancouber and is up 5x since 3/31, with a market cap of C$15m.  Agree,  it should be an interesting opening Monday for TORR.

Found another connection for part of the gold portfolio it could be Fortune Bay ticker FOR.V it's chairman is the TORR President and CEO. Had a huge Q2 share price performance as well. Good luck!

Possibly the portfolio does not actually include FOR actually, I just found this from the latest MD&A link at bottom, totally worth a read gives good perspectives on all the core investments including SONA. My bad, I didn't read the 3/31 report more fully and missed the gold stock names. Since 3/31: 1.  Rox up almost 90% 2.  PG up 90% 3.  ANTL 5x 4.  AZM up 130% Their other tradable stocks are flat or up around 30-40%. As such, would expect TORR to jump to around $1 tomorrow.

Also appears to be 56.3% held by insiders from the May 21 agsm info posted on Sedar "As of the record date, the directors and executive officers of the Corporation as a group own beneficially, directly or indirectly, control or exercise direction over 6,964,334 common shares of the Corporation representing 29% of the presently issued and outstanding Common Shares." then there are 2
