Thanks, I wonder if they took down any of IMV's PP or added more Sona or IMV from the open market? Glad to hear they are releasing Quarterly report mid August instead of the end of August but they could issue it prior to Sonas next news release and increase sp immediately.

Franken:  If true that TORR still has 1.3m shares of SONA, their NAV must be well over $1/sh. At1q20 they had an NAV of $11.8m and 50 cents NAV/share.  Their increase in value from SONA alone is $13m (as of today).  And this is without other portfolio investment appreciation, which I estimate should add another 20-50 cents in NAV appreciation.   If all true, a very good

I'm not denying that TORR's share value has increased substantially in the past 6 months.   You might not know this, but I was the one that first let the SONA board know that Torrent owned 1.3 million shares. Since that time, many SONA board members have purchased Torrent too. Torrent releases their holdings 4X a year and that is it.  There is zero in terms of news releases

Torrent originally owned 1.6m SONA shares but sold 300k at end of 2019. All will be revealed in a few weeks. Torr up to .91 and climbing

I think it would be disgraceful if Torr has sold their position in Sona and allowed people to purchase shares in Torr under the belief they were buying a piece of Sona. If Torrent does not own 1.3 million shs they should halt the trading and say so as this has turned into a Material Change under law and they would be open to a class action lawsuit. Morally they should make a public staement on

I, like everyone else, hope that they haven't sold.  But they don't have an obligation to report their positions until the release the 2Q20 reports sometime in mid/late August.

I sent them a email last week to know if they still hold sona's shares... this is what scott gardner answer me: Hi Vincent! Thank you for your interest in Torrrent.
