SONA at $15.22 !

1,335,000 x $15.22 / 23,981,667 shares = approx $0.85/share NAV just in SONA shares! Assuming still hold end of Q1. Good luck!

It's funny that we've done all the work, shown others a tremendous arbitrage opportunity (some risk if they sold down SONA, but they have the same CFO and location) and yet relatively few people have taken advantage of the opportunity.  Will be interesting when the publish their 2Q20 numbers in a few weeks.

It's crazy lumpy! assuming all Q1 holdings are the same, calculate for yourself do your own DD i just added up the Q1 publically traded holdings NAV found here https://torrentcapital.ca/wp-content/themes/stratusx-child/financial-statements/torrent_capital_financial_03312020.pdf and took the other non public and gold simply at face value and no growth and SONA and the NAV I get is ...more

We're taking a risk if their shareholdings have changed dramatically for 1Q to 2Q.   But, given that they have the same CFO, it would seem doubtful.  A friend recommended SONA to me as he'd had conversations with the mgmt over the months.  He kept saying be patient and we'd be rewarded as the SONA believed it had a game changer.   My only concern is that we haven& ...more
