What's going on with this company? No news, no board activity and the SP has bounced up and down between low 40s and 38 for two weeks now. Any filings due or coming up? Any news whatsoever? Licensed to produce AND sell. What's the problem?

A complete restructuring of the company happened about 60 days ago with Medna and there team becoming our largest shareholder and taking over the board. In that time our ceo Dr.Bin Huang was able to fix the zoning issues and acquire the full license to grow and sell. It has been a long and painful process and this company is finally just starting.
