fincraft buys 31 million of company issued shares of Tethys petro. 26.95% of issued shares. 
 @.7435 Can.  Cost of 16.7 mil.   fincraft is a holding company led by Kenges Rakishev.  
based in Almaty Kazakhstan.  I'm thinking the wait is almost over
