I think the IROC/Exchange was not allowing them to run it up artificially to make a quick $$. I think  iroc gave in with "stipulations" attached. Perhaps they were given a certain period of time to satisy IROC's request for sales numbers, cash flow, proof of promises etc. etc. In the meantime they would allow for a orderly increase in share price...  BUT...  any rapid

Interesting theory. If IIROC halted every stock that ran up in a hot sector, I'd be more inclined to believe that. There are thousands of stocks trading at 100m + market cap, with no revenue and no plans to generate revenue in the near future. Curious as to who you mean by "Them"... I think you are spot on. The halt was a joke and no new information was conveyed in the "correction". But at the same time some dip chit named wallpaper2 immediately put up a post saying "Forensic audit coming? Legit?" [look a few pages back]. It was not a coincidence and clearly a few naive investors sold out of fear. That was not the first attempt to shake out weak hands and

IMHO TTD is still at accumulate levels.  The Federal certification will take TTD over .30.  With continued shield sales as well as finishing their ventilator splitter should propel TTD much higher than where it is today.  good luck and stay safe.
