Tdd becomes an alternative supplier with secondary group.

The main supplier for all of BC's required PPE's is HUB. Apparently Tdd's ceo wasn't aware HUB even existed. HUB now has an ample supply of everything they need.

They are the central purchasing agency. They may take donations if they pass the strict requirements. No mom and pop stuff.
