Grade

Essentially this deposit is a call option on much higher gold prices....

The number of ounces is insignificant but it isn't economical at current prices...not even close

Matter of timing...if this was released when gold was at $2100

the amigos woudl have doubled right after the halt was lifted

If you think gold is going to $2500 this deposit makes sense

If not there are better options out there

-Dumb, but benefiicary. The sellers made somebody else very lucky.

Now you show up here again and spread nonsense for the umpteenth time. For you as a layman: the average grade of the gold mines operating worldwide is in the range of 0.8 g/t.

Guys, what you say in response to hopeful is honorable. You point to facts, but I am less hopeful  that he, Taylor and other bashers are receptable to facts. It's hopeless.
Comment by Countrygent on Mar 09, 2021 1:21pm
Are you kidding?  About 50 tons of rock from an open pit per ounce of gold recovered.  Even at a huge $20/ton costs you have $600USD upside from spot gold today. Market is spitting out $90 or so today for TUD for the 8.5 million ounces due from a 14 million ounce modelled open pit.   Plus throw in depth ounces, PSZ and Eureka prospects, my call, market is asleep digesting this ...more

I agree. This is excellent and I expect this stock sky rocket once the market sentiments change. Dont listen to the guys who got no idea about the grades and economical viability for a mine. Don't sell. If they release this news by halting the trade for long time coincident with the PDAC, there could be some down weighting to benefit some major deals / investments! Just hold on to the stocks ...more

ROI is too long on this one CountryG....if they had a pocket high grade (say 3M Au @ 2 g/T) they'd be able to pay off the cap X quicker....because the deposit right now is mostly low grade (albiet good Au component) the margin isn't there to pay off the CapX quickly enough...in other words even 60,000,000 ounces at .7 AuEq won't be good enough.....now if they find a near surface pocket ...more

So please Gold Analyst...how does Seabridge pass your smell test?
Comment by HIGHonLITHIUM on Mar 09, 2021 2:32pm
Goldanalyst, just keep at it. Why are you spending your time here if you think its so worthless? You obviously have an agenda. If you were invested and following this story closely you would already know that there indeed are higher grade pockets within the larger deposit. Even some of that magical 2 gram that you said you would need to see. 2 grams over wide intervals within. Lots of 1 gram ...more

Goldanalyst Explain how Seabridge has 38M ounces of proven and probable ounces (not just resources) after their feasibility 43-101? That grade is less than .7gpt? You make it sound like 27M maiden resourcce estimates are a dime a dozen.  I stand by my previous post. The market will correct and give TUO and Tudor an in-situ value for the incredible 27M ounce maiden resource. Otherwise I know ...more

You bring me comfort in knowing I'm not the only one with the comparison questions. We have just begun and we will pass up Seabridge with gold in ground...and we will drive a short distance, pick up the ore and drive the short distance to get it processed all while enjoying the cheapest electricity in the area. It's just a no brainer.
Comment by goldanalyst on Mar 09, 2021 2:48pm
Good question-I think they have some 40,000,000 ounces-ish also low grade and is good comparison....their market cap is about $1.3 billon canadian....so far TUD+TUO+AMK have proven up about 19 million ounces of AuEq....so as a back of the envelope comparison let's say 50% of what Seabridge has proven up.....50% of $1.3 billion = about the sum of the MCs for TUD+TUO+AMK So in all the market is ...more

Goldanalyst  First of all Seabridge market cap is $1.6B CND. Also there is a maiden resource of a crazy 27M ounces. Yes I am including the inferred in the resource category and not discounting it entirely. The maiden resource means a lot more to come. So no I do not agree with your rough calculation. Like I said the market will correct and price the three amigos upwards in the days to come. ...more

that 40,000,000 ounces is not AuEq with seabridge it is AU so I was using only the equivalent gold showings....so so far AM has proven about 50% of what SA has proven...roughly anyhow use what you wish...
Comment by fordster on Mar 09, 2021 3:36pm
Thanks for that perspective. 'Tell me, once we consolidate, and surpass 40,000,000 Seabridges gold would our MC be higher than Seabridge? I really appreciate your answers-seriously. I know I can be a D!ck sometimes. I've from day one was given the impression we were looking at .5gpt with massive tonnage. What made you buy Tud ? Did you think there would be a higher grade?.... we're ...more

ON the resource 3d pic it shows 5 close together ore bodies, all vertical! Is this the source of all the areas gold? Is goldstorm the centre conduit?
Comment by BlueChipper2020 on Mar 09, 2021 3:49pm
goldanalyst,  I think this is my last post for the day. However, what got my attention was your original post so dismissive of the 27M maiden resource? You talked about how the grade was so bad and now are saying the value is reasonable compared to Seabridge.  BTW, this will settle and you will see a higher price very soon leveraged very much to gold. Sprott knows what he is doing ...more

My calculator is blowing blue smoke here modelling a Goldstorm open pit and some sensitivities to interest rates (cost of capital) the price of gold, and mining/milling costs. We are on different pages if you think Goldstorm to the 300 horizon won’t pay well even at $1600 gold.  We don’t know the capex but there is up towards $25 billion USD of spot gold in that pit outline.  That will ...more

What today's NR does for me is it puts in mind a floor on these stocks. They are all on good footing after this NR. Lots of stocks trade on thin air. For all the discussion we've gad today, these guys have a bonefide deposit and that will undergird the SP...do I think they are worth more than what they are trading at...not much...but we can all have our opinion on that....and still get ...more

CG said :  "But we’ll all have to wait and see.  I expect building volume in the days ahead.  An awful lot of money sits on the sidelines until their gurus speak." I tend to agree with this fellow, it seems however some were on the hustle grabbing what they could today .   kudos

How utterly right Country Gent is....this has now been derisked. We already know what the gurus are starting to learn. The potential here is unbelievable...once in a life time chance. We will be recognized. I love hearing from Gipper...dying to hear from Zorg.  Actually all of us make a great team-cheers.

If only you folks knew CountryGents profession... I have no doubts. CG has been steady and consistent on his views. Goldanalyst has been all over the place...review his posts. If we follow his ideas, then Seabridge doesn't stand a chance of launching...our grades are actually better than theirs. Nice try suckieee
