I know Im filling the board and this is off topic but Man I never thought I would see lumber tank so fast. Holy smokes. Housing starts dropped in the States by 13% in April. Builders that are doing a start are just doing footings and basement walls. then leaving for lumber to come down and be available.Labour shortage for the rest as well. I know this is a bit off topic but it is the main driver
