Just speculating

By putting Ken in charge this puts a younger capable man in the position of possibly making this a mine instead of selling. Walter moved a whole town to make the last mine and only sold it once it was running. Could this be the same thing happening now Ken had a lot to do with the mine for Pretium did he not.

As a shares holder of AMK I hope not, going in a mine mode before selling will implies a contribution $$$ of AMK into the development and this will largely dilute our AMK shares. Remember this; (Both American Creek’s and Teuton’s 20% interests are fully carried during the exploration period until a production notice is given.  Thereafter, each will be responsible for 20% of the costs under ...more

I would speculate that the price would jump considerably after an announcement. There is a long way to go before actual production decision is made and i would expect Tudor to buy out AMK before someone else does.

Hold your horses amigoes, we haven't even seen Goldstorm fully outlined.  Seabridge access is still a very big issue on the table, JK has his sights set on several more targets, and PSZ may be a whopper copper/gold porphyry.  Eureka might be a shallow PM target, up in the top left corner near the Eskay people there may be an extension of their geology ... we are some distance away ...more

I am just going on what Ken Konkin said in the last interview. He said goldstorm will be a mine.

God only knows what's next for Covid....the developed nations may be vaccinated, but not until all the developed nations acutely vaccinate the 4 corners of the world...there will continue to be a great reserve of people mutating this and then reinoculating the rest of us with far different strains...and then there's no longer "a public safety issue" aspect within our boarders ...more

Thanks, Fordster!  Totally gree, the pandemic is a global issue. Quite literally. I had a long talk with a highly decorated immunologist a few days ago. He said it's too early to say how dangereous omicron actually is. It is an escape and fitness variant, to be sure. But the studies in southafrica are not very informative for the European and North American countries, because huge parts ...more

Marcus...great points. I've been told we may be rounding first base on this as to where we stand. And if "P" is as radically mutated as "O" (nine personality traits changed with "O")....these actually  won't even be variants....change nine of your personality traits and see if you even act like the same person (you wouldn't). I'm using simplified ...more

Fordster, i love to discuss gold and treaty creek as much as as talking off topic... goes back to one of your earliest post I can remember, which was not about patience but you having been in Muinich and studying Hitler. So, O has about 50 mutations and virologist have no  clue how this happened and why it come up only now (did it mutate in the body of a weakened immun-system of an HIV ...more

50? My source said 9 critical changes...50! Man- imagine what the next mutations can do Marcus! Lol...yes being the youngest of three brothers (bullied with despicable conduct) I gravitated to Hitler and his tactics. Funny- they're no different than 10-13 year olds strategies. They were all nothing but adult children (all the WW2 Top German brass) which dripped down to the brown shirts and ...more

Fordster, your friend can be perfectly right and so can the expert I talk to frequently. Sofar, 9 critical changes (spike protein and so on). Issue is, we still do not know if the other 40 something mutations have a critical impact. And also, we do not how so many mutations were possible. What we do know that o makes waves turn into wall with day a week or so. Some southern European Countries ...more

Marcus!....it takes a Oxford man to make sense of things...and our other highly intelligent folks like CG. I have a family member who is an antivaxer and a Neo-con ER doc. He's getting the cr@p kicked out of him with flu like symptoms....1/3-1/2 of his patients are Covid. I still can't believe he's hanging onto his beliefs (perhaps out of pride) I'm scared to death for him. Just ...more

Marcus, good for you to get access to an informed expert.  The other day I was on twitter and one of these psuedo-freak so-called doctors was spouting the worst lies about vaccination, which goes against a tidal wave of medical and scientiifc recommendation and data.  Its absolutely baffling and crazy some people are advocating to put people at greater risk to their own or other people ...more

CountryGent! Very good to hear  from you! You are absolutley right, there is way too much dangerous garbage around. We need enlightment in dark times. This might hold true for many political issues,  but with pandemecs it is worse. With democratic votes the minority fraction somehow has to cope with facts established by the majority. Brexit is my example here. But with pandemic the ...more
