CSK....

What i'm wondering is why you don't just buy some TUD????

A couple dollar increase on TUD is 100% instead of the 10% it would be on SEA....

You are right.I have been thinking of TUD as an investment since I became an SEA shareholder. I have said here all along I was waiting for a resource estimate and a PEA to make a decision. The resource estimate arrived but it raised some additional issues. These are the key issues from my point of view: !. Metallurgy: The resource report raised a red flag...the Treaty Creek ore is refractory ...more

Fair enough...Let me try to answer some of your questions: 1. They stated that they get 88% recovery overall and 96% recover on sulfide ores using gravity+flotation. This means that no Cyanide leach is required to recover the gold. The other benfit to this if you do some research is that gravity concentrates are straight forward for Copper smelters to process as all the precious metals naturally ...more

the trend is gonna be good no matter what,,, we are just trying to find out how good!
Comment by cskhurasu on Apr 09, 2022 10:55am
Thanks for your attempt to address my issues. Let's deal with the first one first. Yes the met tests recovered a very high percentage of gold in a concentrate but because the ore is refractory, the concentrate is still 40% of the mined material so the grade of the concentrate is only 2 grams of gold per tonne. There is no way this is economic to move much less refine. If I recall, SEA is ...more

My Seabridge friend, you should get into the habit  Ken Konkin's statements on this issue. And they are clear.  If you always close one eye, we can still open both.

This is quoted directly from the Technical report: 1.7 MINERAL PROCESSING AND METALLURGICAL TESTING Preliminary metallurgical testwork shows excellent gold recoveries to a gravity + flotation concentrate. From four composite tests at BV Minerals Metallurgical Division, gold recoveries averaged 96.2% in pyrite concentrates, with overall gold recoveries after concentrate extraction anticipated ...more

All true Rockport1. The problem is that the gravity+flotation concentration process only gets rid of 60% of the mined material, not 90%+ so the recovered metal is in 40% of the mined material, far too much, so the concentrate is very low grade, far too low at 2 grams per tnne to be economic. The 2 gram concentrate is worth about $140 per tonne at current gold prices.Refining of the concentrate ...more

With the numbers we have now, TC needs a $10,000 gold price, a metallurgical breakthrough or a different orebody. Let's hope for all three.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Apr 10, 2022 2:30am
Not sure where you are getting your numbers from....everything I've read about this process shows that the final concentrate should contain at least 60 to 75 times what the original ore did. That grades this low to my mind would probably be classed as a copper or silver concentrate anyway, with gold being a secondary. You always get paid for the gold anyway, it just changes who would be buying ...more

Csk Do you actually believe the nonsense you write here all the time? It didn't take long for everyone here to see through you. You've written nothing but negative things about Tudor Gold since it was founded, and on the other hand you've been doing "cheap" advertising for Seabridge. Reading your comments, one quickly realises that you don't know anything about Treaty ...more

Lolol.. so true. I honestly think there is something wrong with him/her
Comment by rockport1 on Apr 09, 2022 5:25pm
CSK, your attempt to obsfucate with BS numbers and arguments is laughable.  I suggest you short TUD (& AMK, TUO) with everything you can afford. I'm sure you will be able to sleep much more soundly that way.  Perhaps you can double your money once the full metallurgical report comes in (which is in process).  Myself, I am very comfortable with the metallurgy and general ...more

I have no more comments until the next data release from TUD. But I will ask you why TUO buys TUD shares when you have a carried interest. Wouldn't it be better to buy back your own shares?
Comment by LonghandStrong on Apr 10, 2022 12:56am
great question. Last year my posit was "maybe nobody else would"?
Comment by rockport1 on Apr 10, 2022 2:18pm
That's a good point. I'm not that enthused about the purchases.  Obviously the TUD financing was not taken up quickly, so I assume this was to help speed things along and allow an early start to drilling.   Again, not my favorite use of TUO funds, but it does get things moving. They have taken positions in other golden triangle companies; so part of their new MO.   ...more

Teuton's position in tudor gold is subject to subsequent dilution but dino would currently own over 22% of the treaty creek project. Not to mention the royalties huh? Besides Dino knows the historical eureka drill results. He knows how much drill core was lost due to the fractured rock. And he knows the historical grades at eureka require an upgrade to accommodate for the mineralization lost ...more

So checked out Mr. doom who joined SH on July 13, 2016 specifically to call TC investors "uninformed" regarding the infamous tunnel, which has yet to be constructed LOL. That's 6 LONG years!!! I'm beginning to think that this person is a disgruntled mine worker due to 8 pages (approx 160 posts) and over 90 % are negative hypothetical mumblings about TUD. Another interesting quote ...more

Your claim only applies to a section of the 300 horizon...as KK has said that there are domains within domains...No your wrong by passing global judgement on the entire drill program...Furthermore grades are increasing as we're going deeper and to the north east...a perfect set up for cave block mining...but wait until you get your answers...it will just cost you more. In the mean time, spare ...more
