Not exactly price dilution?
I believe a lot of the PP pricing and the share price today is the spinout of Goldstorm. The PP won't include Goldstorm just like people who buy shares today won't get the spinout. Thus the price for 'Tudor' is lower.
Please correct me if I'm thinking of this the wrong way...
I'm not saying that PPs aren't diluted, just that the lower pricing when compared to Pre-spinout share price makes some sense.
GLTM (Good luck to most!)

Wow! That would make the NR confusing to the point of 'wrong'! Thanks for making me think about this differently and now I'll check into it more!

That's how it would normally work for sure! The way the release is worded though it sounds like anyone buying shares after the AGM won't get the spinout shares. Not sure which is correct, but you're right....clear as mud lol!!

Scratch below. Record date sets Participating Shareholders. But very confusing.....especially since they set record date with no notice of ex-date. in any event, enjoy your $1.35 shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good for you swapping to tuo Ive luvd the drill results the last 3 years for the most part......but the way the company itself is run reminds me more of Weekend at Bernies.....at least the last year or so....... Walters passing kinda gives credence to the Weekend at Bernines style of management at TUD

The aim should be to finance at progressively higher prices based on good results. This is going the other way despite some interesting assays. This looks like the money that wasn't raised in the last financing that fell short, at higher prices. Does this new raise get TUD to the end of the year?
