Tudor Gold Corp > Not exactly price dilution?

Not exactly price dilution?

I believe a lot of  the PP pricing and the share price today is the spinout of Goldstorm. The PP won't include Goldstorm just like people who buy shares today won't get the spinout. Thus the price for 'Tudor' is lower.

Please correct me if I'm thinking of this the wrong way...
I'm not saying that PPs aren't diluted, just that the lower pricing when compared to Pre-spinout share price makes some sense.

GLTM (Good luck to most!)

I hear you on the "Record Date - NR implies that a holder as of the Record Date will recewive the new shares.  But this IS WRONG!!!  The Record Date only grants right to vote.  Share distribution will be based on the Effective date!!!!!!!  And there will be a notice issued for the Ex-Date after vote (assuming it passes). THIS IS FREAKIN AMATUER HOUR AT TUD!!!  CANT ...more

Wow! That would make the NR confusing to the point of 'wrong'! Thanks for making me think about this differently and now I'll check into it more!

That's how it would normally work for sure! The way the release is worded though it sounds like anyone buying shares after the AGM won't get the spinout shares. Not sure which is correct, but you're right....clear as mud lol!!

Scratch below.  Record date sets Participating Shareholders.   But very confusing.....especially since they set record date with no notice of ex-date. in any event, enjoy your $1.35 shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good for you swapping to tuo Ive luvd the drill results the last 3 years for the most part......but the way the company itself is run reminds me more of Weekend at Bernies.....at least the last year or so....... Walters passing kinda gives credence to the Weekend at Bernines style of management at TUD

The aim should be to finance at progressively higher prices based on good results. This is going the other way despite some interesting assays. This looks like the money that wasn't raised in the last financing that fell short, at higher prices. Does this new raise get TUD to the end of the year?

Only TUD shareholders as of the Record Date will get Goldstorm Metals shares.  If PP participants were to get them as well, the terms of the spinout would have to change.  Either TUD holders would no longer get .251 shares of Goldstorm Metals, or the number of shares of Goldstorm Metals would have to be increased.  This would cause a rewrite of the spinout arrangement. As a result, ...more

Agreed that Record Date holders are Participating Shareholders and will therefore get new shares.....and PP buyers (or any buyers Wedenday on) wont. still a shltshow though.  TUD used to do PPs to fund drilling and do it with a show of strength......usually at a solid premium to market in the 15% to 20% range and with NO warrant!!!!!!!!!!!!!  the past few financings since last fall ...more

NOPE!! I WENT THROUGH THIS WITH AMK'S SPINOFF AT TD...... YOU GET A PRORATA SHARE AFTER THE BROKERAGE HOUSE GETS " SHARES/" DELIVERED FROM THE TOTAL ALLOCATED SHARES, 1BASED ON WHO KNOWS WHAT DATE...... TD IS TERRIBLE, I THINK THEY COULD POSSIBLY SCOOP SHARES FROM INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS, BUT CANNOT VERIFY or even find out!!!!! A LOT OF GAMES GET PLAYED!!!! Verify in writing what you ...more
