sent an email to TUD about participating in the private placement.
No response.
I mean, come on man, i'm just a longterm lousy shareholder. Why would i rate at least a reply to an email

If not for my extreme respect for Ken Konkin, i would tell the management to take a  long hard s(*&!.

To my knowledge, only accredited investors would be legally allowed to subscribe.. That means you have net assets in excess of $5 million, financial assets in excess of $1 million and an naual income of at least $200k....

You would have to be registered with the CAS as an accredited investor....If this is not you, you cannot subscribe.....

Thanks Jet I have participated in private placements with many junior minors over the years.  Even if what you say is true, Do you think it might be appropriate for Carsten Ring - hole or Chris Currim to at least acknowlege a long time share holder's email asking to invest in their company to explain why I may not be eligible??  Either way, it does not matter. It is a bit concerning if they aren't responding...I can only speak from my own experience.....like I said before, when I contacted them I emailed but included my phone number. I received a call within an hour and they were very open in discussing a pp which did not get fully filled. I was impressed. I haven't talked to them since but that was my own experience...

Just curious you "lousy shareholders", if you really want the shares, why wouldn't you just buy them for $1.29 vs $1.44 and $2????

A very good question. In the market there is no hold period and the lower price certainly compensates for not getting the warrant. It feels like TUD is out of money and trying to pay for the drilling they have already done which was budgeted into the last financing that fell short.  I have heard they may have released some of their drills. Does anyone have a current count of how many rigs

vwap was under 1.28.......so doesnt seem too bad.............ive seen much worse.  Look at ORV today......very light trade, but almost all at 28.5 cents (on ATSs).........Morgan sells 500 shares to knock it down to 26.5 cents...only trade on ANY exchange today under 27.5 cents.... ultimately, names stand on the quality of amangmeent .................jurys still out on most!!

Agreed.  at 1.44 a unit, fair to ascribe 25 cents to full warrat.............so lookin at around 1.30 share also agreed that the timing of the financing looks like they ran outta dough..................dont know how they blew through it all.............................who is minding the store???  the contract CFO??? a little scary......
