How do we get the shares? Do we have to sign a letter or contact our broker or just do nothing? Thanks

Nice. I have etrade so I should be ok. Does anyone know what the cost of each share will be?

Nice to see this deal finally taken place....does the fact it all happens on the 11th month of the 11th day of the 11th hour have any significance? LOL

your cost base will b $0. Concurrent financing was at 0.26/share so expect it trade around there, possibly up iniitally until people start seeing the spinout shares in their accounts (most brokerages are slow to put them in).

Thank you. What is the purpose of the spinoff if it's the same company? Tudor gold shares dilution for these gs shares already happen correct?

Isn't it the spinout Friday? And why does it have to drop? I thought they already diluted the shares already for this

Nothing wrong about this, your broker have to close officially the transaction by nov/10, and all transaction made on the nov/10 have to be made in cash only for immediate confirmation.

Valueguy, if you don't like the mining sector what are you doing here, maybe you should go to bitcoin sector, there is a big 75% off sale presently from last year price waiting for you, LOL...

I like the valuuuuu in hte sector, so much potential!!!! Its weak management thats the problem!!!!!!! Value often comes with weak management. Question is whether the tradeoff is worth it. As for crypto???? 75% off sale?? 75% off of what?? A pumped up ponzi scheme high?????? Its no gold.

I couldnt of said it better brother....I just don't see Tudor double dipping with nothing to show for it. It bothers me enough to not invest additional money with American Creek...I think I'll go with a major natural gas producer instead....perfectly stated.

As a result of Tudor management finally putting out their spinoff game plan I bought 37,514 shares OF TUD in the last 2 days BY selling off AMK AND STINGER SHARES mainly due to their excessive management fees and to also make it harder for TUD shorters to play their game...... Why have we not had Rights offerings for shareholders?????

what a joke Ford. Read your own posts. You (along with your circle jrk crew) have been harassing the so called "bashers" for over a year because they've been calling out these infractions. Like most of the other negative things that have been prophesied by these inquiring minds...now even the blind can see.....

Instinet Canada Limited dumping and someone blocking with 67,000 @$1.35 and another with 21,000 @ $1.36. I can read them like a book. That's okay can't wait for my shares. We will shine in the very near future - :)

It doesn't matter. Chicago is against the London Metals Market and soon there will be an end to the paper manipulations! These will sky rocket after that.

Garlick wrote: "If your looking to critique management why don't you go and have a look at what the wonderful well paid executives at American Creek are doing. Then compare that output/compensation with Tudors." Yes, and I'd also take a look at the otherTC partner TUO. I think Dino Cremonese has done an equally amazing job. ................. BB

Sounds like this transaction will ensure day traders get no shares lol. If that's the case I concur 100%

Understandable position on TUDs behalf...I would assume that's the universal standard as it cuts both ways.
