Look at GSTM today. Someone sold a chunk and dropped another 21 cents.  So, Tudor + GSTM is now sitting at $1.21, which is much below last weeks TUD high of $1.40. We got stuck in their scam deal and now we have to take the loses.

MY 2 CENTS RANT.......  GSTM IS NOW TRADING AT 40.5 CENTS......DOWN 60 CENTS FROM WHEN IT STARTED TRADING FOR THE PRIVILAGED FEW ON NOVEMBER TENTH...7 DAYS AGO.....I AM NOW INCLINED TO EXIT ALL MY SHARES IN TUDOR,GSTM,  AMERICAN CREEK,STINGER AND TD SECURITIES FOR THEIR FAILURES TO LOOK AFTER ME ME AND THEIR OTHER CLIENTS..THE SAME WILL OCCUR WITH TUETON, WHERE I HAVE HAD GOING

IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE WHAT AND WHEN TUD INSIDERS SOLD WHEN THEY FILE THEIR TRADING REPORTS...... BUT THEN WHO KNOWS WHERE THEY TRANSFERRED SHARES TO, TO CIRCUMVENT REPORTING....

nomorerollbacks,] as poorly handled as this was by TUD, amount of shares sold was relatively small i.e. 350,000 shares so far.    Sure, that still adds up to over $100k in excess of current 40 cent market price.  My point being I highly  doubt insiders were part of that 350k.  Still chump change when divied up. Im not really that upset that I couldnt sell at $1, because

PS even more upsetting to you should be the inability of some holders to sell their TUD shares as a result of this shltshow.  Never should have happened.  Not even for a split second.

  It often takes a few days for the new CUSIP numbers on an exchange to filter down through brokerage accounts, but I agree it isn't right and should occur immediately.  I'm still waiting on both TD and CIBC. Slow. cg

Crazy!!!! Are you guys getting the right number of spinoff shares????? It should be .251 x your holdings. I'm curious to see if the proper number OF SHARES IS occurring or whether another SCAM IS UNDERWAY.... A LOT OF GOOD THINGS SEEM TO BE HAPPENING ON THE EAST COAST. IT'S TIME TO GET OUT OF BC SCAMMING COUNTRY... WHY ISN'T THE BC SECURITIES COMMISION ON TOPOF THIS YET??? HAS ANYONE

i have no probs with spinouts.  but 2 issues with ths one: 1)  The endless delays and messups on it over the past 1.5 years, 2)  THe costs that must have been involved:  i)  Legal costs must be high 6 figures by now!, ii) distraction for mangement team, AND iii)  DUPLICATION OF COSTS!!!!  Management for GSTM is the same for TUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  same goes for

I became NMR IN 2000 I BELIEVE when I got fed up with company after company rolled back their stock and created fantastic pay packets for management. I GET OUT OF COMPANIES THAT DO THIS.... TUD HAS NOT DONE THIS, BECAUSE WALTER WAS AN HONEST MAN and thzt is why I have so many shares.. NOT GETTING MY SPINOUT  SHARES BY TUD AND TD SECURITIES ON A TIMELY BASIS TELLS ME TO GET OUT OF BOTH

I received the correct amount off shares, excluding. The roundkng factor which should have given us a few more.. The cost factor was set at 69 cents in all accounts for gstm..... TD WAS  NOT able to cheat us this time like THEY did on the amk spinout.....
