Has anyone taken a look at the financials they filed a couple of weeks ago for Sept 30? All the cash they have is what they raised in September.  Okay, not end of world. But their payables went from around $1 million to $7 million!   And they took out a loan for $1 million plus. So baiscally they have no money!  And that was  as at Sept 30, probably blew through a ...more

This is not a surprise.....We all knew they'd have to do another raise to keep drilling next year...KK even mentioned that teh remaining cash they had was going towards doing a new resource/PEA.

The summer fall deal was no surprise in terms of need for money.  What Im surprised about is that they had effectively already spent the money (payables and loan).  THe way flow through works, they will need to spend it anyways, I think, next year as you not sure if they can apply prior drill expenditures to a new raise.   In any event, they will need to clean up their $8 ...more

The only reason you could be surprised by this is not doing your research. Ken mentions all of this in his interviews. You only have yourself to blame....although i have a sneaking suspicion you DO know and are just trying to make others doubt.

Ken mentioned that they were $8 million in the hole?  I do not remember that at all.  If you can, please send link.  Thanks.

Show me where they are 8 million in the hole? The financial report says they had 7.7 milion in cash as of Sept 30th.....

Any exploration company who has cash left over at the end of a drilling season hasn't done their job. They go like gangbusters as far as their cash will take them and then what they uncover provides funding for the next step in the campaign.

Yes, they did have $7.7M in bank, almost 100% from the deal that closed in Sept. My concern was with the current liabilites.  $8M in Payables and a loand they took out (in EUros).  So they are basically flat.  THey already spent the drill money before they raised it.  Im assuming big chunk of the payable are for unpaid drilling. Just a funding and dilution concern.  I ...more

Basically flat.....which whas what Ken said and what I reiterated. You know why they say never to assume.....

hey, it was just an observation.    I thought they were going to raise the money, spend it, and end up flat.   I missed the part where they needed to raise money to get flat. at least we are up on a monster volume day of over 600k so far.

Member Since: November 29, 2022 Here we go again..... Mass manipulation again today down to $1.00. How many accounts do you have?  Same thing happened to me with Kirkland and I abandoned ship because of a false report on a Friday afternoon. As soon as I sold at sub $3 just before closing the report was clearly false and the stock moved up. I lost out big time as it eventually hit a high of ...more
