The 3 SEA promoters

That have been continually posting inaccurate info regarding TUD have still not told us how the minerals from "Behind the Mountain" are going to be transported over or under Treaty Creek.

Can anyone confirm whether SEA's Billion $ twin MTT tunnels have been started? Or have they decided to use Helicopters instead :-)

Everyone knows it's a Disney type monorail going over our multiple elephant targets....helicopters are too expensive!
Comment by Countrygent on May 16, 2023 12:14pm
There are likely doubts about the validity of the tunnel permission.  Procured with assurances concerning the non-economic value of the pathway across TC.  What turned out to have just been a guess, and one that turned out wrong. If you were the government of BC, what would you do if called upon to defend the issuance of the tunnel licence? My best guess is now the government both ...more

Thanks CG...it's always good to hear your professional take on things. 10 thumbs up (we have a plethora of knowledge...and we don't have to pay for it)

Countrygent If TUD at least had a PEA they hight have a leg to stand on. No government is going to interfere with a project like KSM that has an Environmental Assessment Certificate for a project that has nothing but a resource estimate. TUD needs to stop drilling, move on, and do some serious work.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on May 18, 2023 5:30pm
I don't think TUD agrees by the looks of things...LOL!!!!
Comment by fordster on May 18, 2023 5:31pm
Contrary to your opinion, Fronk has already acknowledged TC was not a viable rout (and Sea would be "good neighbors"). The truth is, Seabridge simply quit its drilling in TC because of what they were discovering...wonder why? BTW...it's not my position to inform you of people's lively hood...but you probably shouldn't disagree or educate CG....JMHO.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on May 18, 2023 6:00pm
Fonk has also said that SEA is not going to take it to production themselves as that is not their area of expertise. They are wiating for a Major to come in and take over. They've been in talks about the tunnel since 2009 and nothing still......I don't see it happening at all until a major comes in. In the meantime, we keep drilling....and finding.....

He's quite the dodgy person TC...they all don't expect any of us to study that section 13, which Sasha was lying about...let's see what CSK has to say....but you're right, Seabridge abruptly quit drilling the tunnel rout and KK said that we need to look into that lead, as to why. Have a good week end Everyone who's a long.

You're lying Sasha..... all you have to do is go to Sedar, download the document and read section 13. The first round of testing did not go well - that was from the previous 43-101. They recommended a more aggresive pre-oxidative step which at the time was NOT tested. The second set of testing shows that a Flotatoin/POX/Cyanide leach combination recovers 85-95% over the entire spectrum ...more

You don't know shet...plain and simple...pretending to be factual and knowledge. As we have all outline  your accusations with the visible facts. The $38.50 per tonne TUD has estimated for processing in Section 13 for a concentrate/POX/leach process is very low, from my review of comparisons. The TC POX autoclave would be the world's largest because the concentrate is very low grade. It doesn't concentrate well therefore there is a lot of it The second largest autoclave in the global gold business is the Pueblo Viejo Mine& ...more

The SEA tunnels have not been started as far as i know. The last I heard they would  cost about $500 million so less than 10% of the KSM capital cost. Maybe that needs an inflation adjustment? SEA has made it clear that if TUD established an economic deposit on TC which cuts into their planned tunnel route through TC claims they will move the tunnel route.  The TC claims are at the ...more

So the latest Seabridge Financing of $150 million for its KSM project (a royalty smelter deal that sells 1.2% profit) can't even pay for half of the MTT. Interesting! So while no dilution of shares they are selling profit which will reduce share value. With inflation I'm going to guess they will need to sell at least another 3% royalty smelter profit just to pay for that tunnel. If I ...more

It is all in the capital costs. Have you read the PFS report? The total initial capital cost will be $1.5 bln (including all tunnels), payback after 3 years assuming gold at $1850. Now with gold prices climbing higher the payback will be at no time. They can sell another 12% royalty and raise the capital to build the mine. Seabridge does not need Newmont here anymore. This is a Win strategy with ...more

Your spiel is all hypothetical until: (1) The new MTT tunnel route is approved since the original is not valid any longer. (2) They have the cash in hand as they don't as of now. I am willing to bet that no smart CEO is going to funnel $1.5 Billion into SEA until they see what Goldstorm alone has when the PEA is finalized by end of 2023 or early 2024. We have much better grades and location ...more

The current SEA tunnels route through TC remains valid until TUD comes up with a PFS reserve and then it likely needs to be moved if it interferes with the TUD reserves.. The route will then be moved voluntarily according to statements by Rudi Fronk, their CEO. Why does SEA plan on using tunnels? Because it is the lowest cost way to move ore from the mines to the mill and tailings facility. It is ...more

I think you're getting the car tbefore the horse here....Profitable means making money....which it isnt yet. The reason they are using tunnels is because they have NO other option, not because it is the lowest cost option. Going over the mountain is the only other way and that just isn't a viable option......
Comment by Jetstream1281 on May 18, 2023 3:46pm
If they are block caving it, then you need a tunnel anyway, so it just makes sense to have it come from the side with all the facilities. Also, a road up over the mountain would be on top of the mountain you are basical destablilzing by mining.......not likely to be a safe option. A road would also be many times longer than the tunnel as it wouldn't just be a straight shot through the mountain ...more

Great point JS....bottom line: Seabridge will be waiting as long as TUD to figure out ALL the boarders on ALL their targets. It takes us 10 years...Sea waits ten years. As Krammer and many others say, "he who owns TC holds the keys to the gate".....  This is the reason, I personally believe we will all be owned by the same company probably sooner than later.  To do this complex ...more

I don't have any axe to grind with SEA and their very promising KSM deposits.  I believe however, that the flaws in their tunnel design have become the initial routing (which calls into question the validity of their licence to construct that route), but more importantly, that the capacity of the tunnels was to service KSM alone.  Close to Highway 37 is the obvious ...more

"They will build tunnels and move them if required".... Do you really think it's that easy with all the new TUD high grade discoveries! LOL. So when is this going to happen? IMHO building those tunnels from beginning to end (whenever the route gets approved) is going to take way longer than the 1st PEA for Treaty Creek!  BTW.... WHY are you here-:)))))

Not sure where your figures are from, because SEA's 2022 PFS has an "Initial Capital Cost Summary" total of US $6,432 M or $6.4 billion. See Table 21.1 for the summary.   It is all in the capital costs. Have you read the PFS report? The total initial capital cost will be $1.5 bln (including all tunnels), payback after 3 years assuming gold at $1850.
Comment by rockport1 on May 18, 2023 12:15am
If I read the PFS correctly, the cost of the tunnels is about US $946 M (Ore delivery tunnel $649 + MTT Material Transportation $307).  There may be other costs attributed to the tunnels, but they are difficult to parse out.  Of course, further inflation will increase this amount.    "The SEA tunnels have not been started as far as i know. It's simply an unbelievable amount of money...even if the tunnels stop shortly after Iron Cap...and THEN the have to continue somehow to the right side of the mountain.
