Anyone have any idea on the reasoning of Tudor going after Seabridges tunnel rights? Any chance it's related to a possible offer in the pipeline and the purchaser wants everything neat and tidy?

I'm unfamiliar with where exactly the proposed tunnels would have been, but have there been any recent drill holes by Tudor in that approximate area with pending assays?

Seabridge have a right of way on Treaty creek but they cannot go trough an ore deposit or interfere in it’s exploration program as this will impact Tudor asset.  Now that Tudor as defined a growing deposit Seabridge as to reroute the tunnel path not to disturb the ongoing exploration of Tudor.

I've always said that from day one. TUD holds the key.  No more nice playing in the sandbox. Legal matters can take a long time to play out.  This won't prevent TUD from their own JV either because they are in front of the mountain, and no tunnels necessary.  All IMHO, DYODD, and GLTA Longs.

Let's see. SEA gets a License to build tunnels across the TC property from the BC government in 2014. The License is granted after a thorough process which includes First Nations and the owners of the TC mineral claims, American Creek and Teuton. Tudor comes along 2 years later and does a deal on the TC claims knowing there is this pre-existing right for SEA to build tunnels across the claims

Here comes the Hypothetical poster. Common sense. They took wayyyy to long to bring the tunnel issue to a close.  You cannot hold back another company forever. All I know is until this issue is permanently resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, SEA drilled holes on TUD property for a reason and with permission. Where are those results? Why did they drill those holes? We all know why
