@CaptainE  thanks for posting this! It is nice to see another source (besides the aggrieved parties, Seabridge and Tudor) comment on the tunnel dispute.

Thank you for posting this.... So (as I understand it) Seabridge is going to have to cancel the permit for the entire MTT (as it involves TC) and repermit the MTT without the TC section. And, of course Tudor would block anything in the future that would sterilize our claim. Now I understand why CSK has been rather distant.

Happy New Years Folks..... Regarding the NR that BBNB reposted for us: what an utter Atentive Gentleman KK is regarding his reply to work out a solution with future Seabridge issues. I really hope this nurtures a close working relationship between Tudor and Seabridge.

I would think that this IMO is material. Could not find it in any of thier NR's. Strange? Anyway: The last day of the year is marked by the date 12/31/23, or, written consecutively, 123123. The date is not only interesting, it's super rare: The series of numbers only happens once a century, and it has significance in numerology. If you see a series of numbers all the time, that's

If there is no release from SEA...and there is none... you can be sure there is no deal between SEA and TUD on the MTT. This would certainly be material.

It's all good now , as I am sure Mr Sprott made a few phone calls to  Rudy and KK, and made a few suggestions as to how to move forward .

If there is no release from SEA then nothing has changed regarding the MTT. ES is an affable gentleman but he doesn't own enough SEA shares to wag that dog.
