PEA coming Q2 and subsequent buyout shortly after. 

Several offers already tabled to TUD and rejected. Almost as if they're lining up to try to get this. 

Congrats to anyone who's decided to hold long. These aren't easy to stomach, but those who do, are heavily rewarded.

Yeah, why take an awesome offer when you can issue more shares at 90 cents (next deal looks more like 80 or 75) with a $1 warrants......

I dont criticize any accounts for being new.  Ya need to start somewhere. But any account that is new that spreads BS rumours as fact, should be tossed. either Goldielocks is spreading false info e.g. a deal already on the table, or is spreading insider information which is a crime. Pretty sure its da latter, but in any event shameful.  Im sure Fordster will call them out. TUD IR

Do not be a Goldielocks.  Lying, manipulation and/or spreading insider information will land you in jail: "Several offers already tabled to TUD and rejected.
